Fitness is key to happiness. Fit and well-structured body brings confidence thus being fit is everyones dream. But it is not that easy to stay fit specially when you love to eat. Cutting carbs, eating less, skipping meals and dieting are some common ways people are using to stay fit.
But it is not necessary, skipping meals or eating less may bring weakness which can cause further health problems. Malnutrition, lack of energy, dizziness are some common results of skipping meals or eating less.
But with some consideration, you can get well-structured and fit body without compromising on your food habits.

1. Calories input and output
Calories get stored in body in form of fat, if didn’t get used by body. Thus amount of calories should be taken in appropriate amount.
By keeping an eye on calory input, you can achieve your goals easily. Calory counting is a way to get in shape and to do so, there is a formula to calculate total calories required per day by body.

TER ( total energy requirement)
To find BER- 1.3×body weight×24
To find EER- 8.5cal×body weight×extra workout in a day.
To find TER= BER+EER.

Weight training are exercises which includes weight. It is key to loose stored fat inside body. It is highly effective and shows results immediately. It also improves muscle tendency and strength. Every exercise target some particular muscle and help to build up muscles, increse tendency to do more work, increse tolerance and thus promotes proper use of stored energy also these can be perform in morning or evening.

3. Yoga
Being fit means being physically, mentally and socially fit. One doesn’t only need flexible, slim, strong body but also need a calm mind for good focus. It also improves brain ability to understand and analyse. Performing yoga in morning has really beneficial effects on whole body and brain.
It improves organ’s functioning, reduce ageing and make body active. It is also a good way to start a day.

4. Water
Stay hydrated is another way to stay fit as water does not only helps to eliminate stored fat and toxins from body but also maintain pH level of body. Thus improves body organ’s capability and functioning. Requirement of water in body varries according to age and adult should drink at least 3ltr. water a day. You can also take juices and other drinks.
